We set out to bottle the flavor, and feeling, of the redwoods. Distilled with botanicals from the very forest we grew up in — redwood needles, coastal herbs, and a hint of juniper — our gin honors, and echoes, the landscape. Each batch is a small tribute to California’s quiet giants.

You Ask, We Answer.

  • Our gin is distilled in small batches along California’s North Coast, surrounded by the forests that inspired it. We harvest sustainably from Redwood Shire, the Strong family homestead, the very forest we grew up exploring. Every bottle carries a bit of that landscape — the fog, the stillness, and the scent of trees.

  • Instead of relying on juniper alone, we distill with redwood needles and coastal botanicals to capture the essence of the forest. The result is crisp, resinous, and quietly complex, like walking through the redwoods after rain.

  • For now, no. Our first release is exclusive to California, the place that shaped both the gin and the friends who made it. Keeping it close to home lets us stay true to the land (and the people) that inspired it.
